About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and ensuring high standards across all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success measures
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and resources
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports
- Manage project documentation and reporting systems
- Support change management and business improvement initiatives
- Track project KPIs and deliver performance analysis
- Ensure effective communication across all departments involved
- Resolve project issues and escalate concerns where necessary
- Assist in resource planning and workload management
- Promote a collaborative and solution-focused working environment
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using project management software and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with budgets and reporting
- Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar methodologies is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting systems
