  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and updates, ensuring a seamless stakeholder experience.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and manage manpower, materials, transport, and equipment effectively to optimise resource utilisation.
  • Risk Management: Develop and monitor project-specific risk and opportunity registers, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
  • Team Leadership: Drive site team performance, foster professional growth, and lead the adoption of a safe working environment under the Right Work Code.
  • Programme Oversight: Collaborate with site teams to review and implement target programmes, ensuring alignment with design and procurement timelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality-focused strategies, driving a defect avoidance approach through to completion and the defects period.
  • Budget Oversight: Work closely with the commercial team to track contract performance, forecast costs, and analyse commercial value.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the organisation's values and brand positively, aligning with organisational standards.

  • Review and adjust project programmes to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
  • Collaborate with site teams to resolve on-site challenges and uphold the highest safety standards.
  • Engage with the commercial team to review cost forecasts and assess project profitability.
  • Monitor risks and opportunities and refine mitigation strategies in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to driving quality outputs by ensuring adherence to project specifications and defect avoidance strategies.
  • Foster a motivating and supportive team atmosphere, championing diversity, well-being, and professional growth.
